New Underwood School District provides both breakfast and lunch offerings each school day thorughout the course of the school year.
Breakfast & Lunch Prices
Breakfast: K-12 $3.25; Adults $3.75; Preschool $3.75; Reduced $0.30
Lunch: K-8 $3.50; 9-12 $3.75; Adults $5.00; Preschool $5.00; Reduced $0.40
Extra milks: $0.50 each
The school offers 5 food components (milk, fruits, vegetables, grains, meat/meat alternates). Students can decline 2 of the 5 required food components but must select at least 1/2 cup of fruit or vegetable.
Breakfast Program: The New Underwood School offers healthy meals and breakfasts every day that it is open as part of our participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's (USDA) Child Nutrition Programs. USDA provides reimbursement for healthy meals served to children. Children who qualify for free or reduced price meals also qualify for free or reduced price breakfasts.
