The following offices will become vacant due to the expiration of the present terms of the elective officers:

The following school board position for the NEW UNDERWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT 51-3 will become vacant due to the expiration of the present term of the following school board member:

Jodi Richter – Three-year term

Circulation of nominating petitions may begin on February 2, 2026.

Petitions for the CITY OF NEW UNDERWOOD may be filed in the office of the Finance Officer located at 423 S. “A” Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. mountain time Monday through Thursday, not later than March 24, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. mountain time or mailed by registered mail not later than the 24^th day of March, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. mountain time.

Petitions for the NEW UNDERWOOD SCHOOL DISTRICT 51-3 may be filed in the office of the Business Manager located at 300 E. Ash between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. mountain time Monday through Thursday, not later than the March 24^th, 2026 or mailed by registered mail not later than the 24^th day of March, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. mountain time
