New Underwood School District 51-3

The New Underwood School will conduct Kindergarten Screening on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Pre-K screening will also be available for children ages 3 and up. If you are open enrolling in our district, please be sure to submit an open enrollment form prior to the screening. Kindergarten Screening Requirements Parents/guardians must bring the following documents to the screening: Child’s birth certificate (original or certified copy), up-to-date immunization records, and proof of residency (such as a signed rental/lease agreement, current mortgage statement, paycheck stub, or utility bill) If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Merchen at 605-754-6485.
